The Application may collect the following types of information:

• Location Information (approximate and precise) for location-based attendance verification.
• Camera and Photos for taking photos, scanning QR codes, and attendance confirmation.
• Face Recognition Data used during attendance to confirm that the user is physically facing the camera at the time of check-in.
• NFC Data to read NFC tags for attendance purposes.
• Media Storage to save or select images attached to reports or tasks.
• Device and Network Information such as internet connectivity and notifications.

2. Use of Face Recognition

The Application uses face recognition technology solely for attendance verification. This feature is used to ensure that the user is actively present and facing the camera during the attendance process.

• Face recognition is not used for identity matching against public databases.
• Face data is not used for surveillance or profiling.
• Biometric data is processed only for real-time attendance confirmation.
• Facial data is used to supplement attendance data and is stored as long as the user account is active or as long as necessary to provide attendance recording services to the relevant user/organization.

3. App Permissions

The Application requires the following permissions:

• Camera – Photo capture, QR scanning, and face recognition for attendance.
• Location (When in Use & Background) – Attendance validation based on location.
• NFC – Reading NFC tags for attendance.
• Storage / Photo Library – Saving and selecting images for reports.
• Internet – Data synchronization with the server.
• Notifications – Important updates and reminders.
• Background Services – Data sync and attendance processing.
• Biometric Authentication (Face ID) – Security authentication (iOS only).

4. Data Usage

• Attendance verification and workforce management.
• Security and authentication features.
• Operational reporting and task documentation.
• Improving application performance and reliability.

5. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user data. Data is stored only as long as necessary for operational purposes.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell or share personal data with third parties except when required by law or for legitimate operational purposes.

Kebijakan Privasi ini menjelaskan bagaimana aplikasi J.O ("Aplikasi") mengumpulkan, menggunakan, dan melindungi informasi pengguna. Dengan menggunakan Aplikasi ini, Anda menyetujui Kebijakan Privasi ini.

1. Informasi yang Dikumpulkan

• Informasi Lokasi (kasar dan presisi) untuk validasi presensi berbasis lokasi.
• Kamera dan Foto untuk pengambilan foto, pemindaian QR Code, dan konfirmasi presensi.
• Data Face Recognition untuk memastikan pengguna menghadap kamera saat presensi.
• Data NFC untuk membaca tag NFC pada proses presensi.
• Penyimpanan Media untuk menyimpan atau memilih gambar laporan dan tugas.
• Informasi Perangkat & Jaringan seperti koneksi internet dan notifikasi.

2. Penggunaan Face Recognition

Aplikasi menggunakan teknologi face recognition hanya untuk keperluan presensi, yaitu memastikan bahwa pengguna benar-benar hadir dan menghadap kamera saat proses presensi dilakukan.

• Tidak digunakan untuk pencocokan identitas dengan database publik.
• Tidak digunakan untuk pemantauan, pengawasan, atau profiling.
• Diproses secara terbatas hanya untuk konfirmasi presensi secara real-time.
• Data hasil wajah digunakan untuk melengkapi data presensi dan disimpan selama akun pengguna aktif atau selama diperlukan untuk menyediakan layanan pencatatan kehadiran (presensi) kepada pengguna/organisasi terkait.

3. Izin Aplikasi

• Kamera – Foto, QR Code, dan face recognition.
• Lokasi (Digunakan & Background) – Validasi presensi.
• NFC – Presensi berbasis kartu/tag.
• Penyimpanan / Galeri – Laporan dan dokumentasi.
• Internet – Sinkronisasi data.
• Notifikasi – Informasi penting aplikasi.
• Background Service – Sinkronisasi dan pemrosesan presensi.
• Autentikasi Biometrik (Face ID) – Keamanan (iOS).

4. Penggunaan Data

• Verifikasi presensi dan manajemen tenaga kerja.
• Keamanan dan autentikasi pengguna.
• Laporan operasional dan dokumentasi tugas.
• Peningkatan performa dan keandalan aplikasi.

5. Keamanan Data

Kami menerapkan langkah-langkah teknis dan organisasi yang wajar untuk melindungi data pengguna. Data hanya disimpan selama diperlukan untuk tujuan operasional aplikasi.

6. Pembagian Data

Kami tidak menjual atau membagikan data pribadi pengguna kepada pihak ketiga, kecuali diwajibkan oleh hukum atau untuk kepentingan operasional yang sah.
